"Matias is wonderful to work with! I was unsure of what I wanted for kitchen cabinets and he patiently showed me all of the options and then helped guide me to picking cabinets that I love! His careful attention to detail and excellent communication made me feel comfortable and confident through the whole process. We interviewed 3 other cabinet companies and chose Cabinet Kingdom for their customer service and their price. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and the results".

"Kitchen Remodel is America's Favorite Project"
This according to multiple sources consulted for an article published in Money magazine, that also focuses on how much homeowners overspend doing such work.
Results from surveys conducted by Houzz and Trulia indicate that the kitchen has been the most renovated room in a house "and along with the master bath, it's also the room most carefully scrutinized by potential homebuyers", says the article.
However, the article identified that one of the problems is how much it can cost and how much it will keep or increase the value on the investment: "Just under a third of homeowners spent $50,000 or more redoing their kitchen in 2016. Nearly one in 10 said they spend over $100,000".
Another survey from Remodeling magazine shows that spending $60,000 or more in a major kitchen renovation will earn back only 60% in cost appreciation, and highlights that more modest kitchen jobs ($20K range) earn back about 80%.
So, if keeping the cost within a budget and having a higher return on investment are your priorities, a wise decision is focusing on smaller, more functional upgrades, as is the suggestion of expert appraisers.
